SCI was born out of passion for video games and boxing, with the ambition to create an authentic and exciting boxing game that does justice to the sport we love. What started as a fun prototype has grown into ‘Undisputed’, the first major boxing video game in over a decade.

The Role

Joining Steel City Interactive’s team at this exciting point of our journey is a rare opportunity to shape what “amazing” looks like for our debut title Undisputed, and future titles we ship. We are looking for an ambitious and innovative Senior Producer to not only own impactful production areas of our studio, but to act as a true leader and change agent, looking for areas of improvement across process, collaboration and culture alike.

Responsibilities

• You own your production area(s): planning, schedules, execution, leadership and above all: velocity and quality of your teams and output

• You are a powerhouse of production methodologies, understanding the best approaches to ensuring processes are transparent, iterative and productive

• You communicate with precision and empathy, ensuring all levels of the studio, and external partners where appropriate, are well informed at all times

• You lead by example, always, and mentor those more junior to you in the studio with your subject matter expertise

• You represent our studio and its titles with grace and respect, building relationships both internally and with our external partners, including at industry events where applicable

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience of a full game development lifecycle (pre-production through to release) on at least two AAA titles in a production capacity

• Ability to plan, influence and ensure delivery of the work of technically focused disciplines

• Experience of different Project Management software (e.g. Jira, Hansoft, Trello)

• Ability to build schedules and roadmaps with respect for both the complexity of the development cycle and the requirement for reporting and visibility across the studio

• Ability to work empathetically and autonomously, providing excellent transparency
